Redlands Logistics Center
McShane Construction Company completed the design/build construction services for Redlands Logistics Center, a 1,013,311-square-foot BetMGM CasinoIndustrial development located in Redlands, California.
The LEED-Registered facility features a cross-dock configuration with 720&BetMGM#8242; dock-to-dock dimensions, a 40′ clear height, 50′ x 50′ bay spacing, 50′ x 60′ speed bays, 154 docks, 200 trailer parking spaces and 8″ shrinkage compensating Ductilcrete floors that reduce the need of future maintenance.
McShane’s assignment also encompassed the tenant improvements for the facility BetMGM Loginand included a three-story office in the northwest corner, a two-story office in the southwest corner, remote offices and restrooms and a full height demising wall in the center of the building.
