McShane Construction Company provided design/build construction services for 500 Pittsburg Avenue, a 481,487-square-foot speculative industrial development located in Richmond, California.
Situated on 27.87 acres BetMGM Casinoof land, the development features 468,487 square feet of warehouse/distribution space and office space to-suit with a tiltwall panel exterior. The building also features a 36′ clear height, 7″ concrete slab floors, ESFR sprinklers, 84 truck docks and four drive-in doors.
The project also included BetMGMextensive ground improvements featuring wick drains and deep dynamic compaction.
